Profile

• Graduated in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt
• Between 2007 and 2024 working as development engineer and designer in Donauwörth at first for Atena Aerospace and from 2011 on for Airbus Helicopters

During this time competences were built primarily in mechnical systems for airplane doors of commercial airplanes and flight controls for helicopters.

Alongside deepening knowledge in my main fields I kept the spark of creativity and the excitement for new ideas, tasks and technological advancements.

In my time at Airbus I had the opportunity to contribute as a fellow inventor to four patents.

Furthermore I was tasked with specification and qualification work for several flightworthy equipments in collaboration with the respective manufacturers. I took part in team coordination and internal cost monitoring.

The development of aircrafts has a particularily dense set of requirements which train to design with having safety, lightweight, cost-efficiency, producability, reliability, usability and maintainability simultaneously in mind.

By checking and approving drawings for flightworthy parts and assemblies I took on technical responsibility for different aircraft programs.
